Then you come into your own true form.
For those with experience in basic Iyengar Yoga poses and shoulderstand. Refine and explore the subtleties of practice. Pranayama introduced. 90 minutes. Class Schedule

Yoga Sutra 2.28 yoganganusthanat asuddhiksaye janadiptih avivekakhyateh
By dedicated practice of the various aspects of yoga impurities are destroyed; the crown of wisdom radiates in glory.
For students with substantial Iyengar Yoga study who are grounded in standing poses. New poses include sirsasana (head balance), arm balances, padmasana, and backbends. Yoga Sutra study is introduced and pranayama is practiced. Class Schedule

Burning zeal in practice, self-study, and surrender are the acts of yoga.

Women’s Class
Women’s Essentials
Emphasis on women’s health, including menses, pregnancy, post-partum, and menopause. Enroll any time. Please do not bring young children, as we do not have day care facilities. Class Schedule
Modest Women's Yoga
This class is for women only. The yoga room will be blocked off and protected from outside view, so women who follow modesty rules have a safe and private place to attend a yoga class. This class is appropriate for beginners as well as experienced students. Please do not bring young children, as we do not have day care facilities. Class Schedule
