You can start your yoga studies with this 1 ½-hour class for men. You will learn how to increase your flexibility, maintain fitness for sports, reduce injuries, and maintain a healthy prostate. Many men have started with this class and “graduated” to the Introduction to Asana class, while others repeat this class because it suits them.
Prerequisites
This class is open to men ages 13 and up.
Registration
- New students: save time by completing the registration form in advance.
- Come 15 minutes early to class.
- You may sign-up for the entire semester and receive a discount, or attend on a drop-in basis.
- Wear a t-shirt and shorts or tights, be prepared to have bare feet, and come with an empty stomach.
