Postures in this slower paced class are taught with more modifications and props to accommodate older students and/or those with mild chronic health conditions. Emphasis is given to supported poses that increase mobility and strength of the neck, shoulders, spine, legs, and opening the chest for optimal circulation and breathing. Enroll anytime. 

Prerequisites

Designed and conducted to be comfortable for women and men 50 years and older. However, this is not a firm limit; other ages are invited to inquire about the course format and accommodations.

Registration

New students: save time by completing the registration form in advance.

Come 15 minutes early to class.

 You may sign-up for the entire semester and receive a discount, or attend on a drop-in basis.

Wear a t-shirt and shorts or tights, be prepared to have bare feet, and come with an empty stomach.

Please do not wear perfume or scented deodorant products. (Thank You!)
